Propolis Ginger Carob Extract

Extract of ginger, carob and propolis. The carob is cold-pressed.

Ingredients: ginger, carob, propolis.

How to use:

• 1 teaspoon neat on an empty stomach in the morning.
• Stirred into yoghurt or drizzled over porridge.
• In warm milk or water. (Not boiling water — it damages the propolis.)
